Title: Internet Ad Trafficker
Job Summary: This position will be responsible for providing expert support and maintenance of online ad trafficking utilizing either Double-Click DFP (DART) or the Atlas Ad Serving platform. Additionally, this position will be called upon to provide support, data collection, and trend analysis for the Sales and Marketing groups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule and traffic online ads utilizing Double-Click DFP (DART) or the Atlas Ad serving platform
- Administer all aspects of the ad serving system
- Traffic campaigns and guidelines utilizing ad serving databases to ensure accurate delivery of campaigns
- Assist Web developers with page tagging, new product releases, and other Web development tasks associated with ad delivery
- Work directly with Rich Media and third party vendors to ensure accurate reporting and deliver in Double-Click DFP (DART) or the Atlas Ad Serving Platform
- Create monthly billing reports; reconcile with insertion orders
- Interact with Accounting regarding invoicing issues and solutions
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of third party ad tags (includes rich media graphics)
- Site monitor Ad Networks for adherence to Ad Sales Policy; adjust priority among network campaigns as required in ad server
- Work with editorial and technical departments to define solutions for site issues
- Other duties as assigned for Sales and Marketing support utilizing Double-Click DFP (DART) or the Atlas Ad Serving Platform and other information services
- Act as a back-up for ad optimization as needed

- Ability to understand how Web sites work
- Ability to diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Ability to answer general reference questions regarding customer inquiries
- Able to organize, prioritize and apply complex concepts to project tasks
- Able to converse professionally via telephone
- Able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, particularly when interacting with external clients
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must be expert-level in the usage of Double-Click DFP (DART) or the Atlas Ad Serving Platform
- 2-3 years experience working in technical, ad serving environment
Physical Demands
- This position will work mainly in a climate-controlled, relatively quiet office setting.
- This position will be required to sit for long periods of time
- This position will be required to utilize standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard and other electronic equipment
- Some travel required
